    I think the warm drink is a good idea!!!!!!

    Yup DD shivers like mad, like her knees are knocking into each other and mega quick pace!!!!!

    Unfortunately the shower headsd dont come off at our local pool and she still has issues with showering.

    My girls are always shivering when we get out of the pool. They've never caught a cold from it.

    If DD is spending a long period in the pool I suggest not putting her under anything more than a lukewarm shower. The blueness is a sign that her bloodflow is being concentrated around the core for heat preservation, and by using hot water afterwards, the capillaries near the surface expand, warm blood from the core rushes back and remaining heat is rapidly lost. So in other words, even though the hot shower feels awesome, the body thinks it sucks. A nice lukewarm shower and some thick clothing afterwards is the best plan. Hope that helps.
