Load of crap!! I think its an utterly stupid suggestion by anyone, especially a doctor or midwife, that babies fed breastmilk can be overfed.

I was asked the same question at my sons 2 week check up - he was born 4150g and is now over 5kg. After I told them I feed only every 3 hours and 1 side, that shut them up!!

Your doing a wonderful job if he weighs just under 7kg, thats about 400g a week if I'm correct - not too much at all!! My brother did the same and is now 6 foot 4 and playing AFL ~ perhaps you have one in the making!!!!!
