Congrats on Peter walking. It's so cute isn't it! I was given a helium balloon (with a weight) for my birthday and he loves playing with it. He walks around with it, hits it, gets it all wrapped around his arms! They cost about $2 and are great entertainment. Just tie it to something heavy (and safe) and let him run wild!
