Does anyone know how many days before they throwing up or have dirreaha (sp?) that it is their system ?

Kimberley is down with her second lot if viral gastro in three months and i was trying to work out when she could have picked it up and how many friends we have seen while she would have had the infection and we didn't know it. This is day 3.5 of her being sick.
