    Good GP in Western Suburbs

I hope I'm posting this in an appropriate section. Feel free to move it if it's not

Just wondering if anyone knows of a GP in the Western suburbs that is good with babies, and well, just good in general? I live in Caroline Springs, but I'm willing to travel a little to go to a good doctor. I am having such trouble finding a doctor. We went to one locally recently when I was worried about Kyson being sick, and he didn't even check Kyson's temperature!

I researched a couple of doctors at a different local clinic and thought they might be good, but when I rang up to book in, the first doctor was no longer there and the second doctor wasn't taking on new patients. Then I was recommended to someone in Footscray, but it turns out their clinic isn't taking on new clients. But the doctor there was able to recommend another doctor in Yarraville, so I rang them, but she always has a two week waiting period before you can even get an appointment! How can it be so hard to get a doctor?! LOL!

So now I'm really hoping that one of you lovelies knows of a fantastic doctor in the area!

Modern Medical was where the first doctor was no longer there and the second doctor wasn't taking on new patients lol. But if you are seeing a good doctor there then I'm happy to give them a go! I'll also pm you about grabbing a cuppa. I'm only new to the area. Oh, and technically I'm Burnside as well, lol!

Feeb, thanks for the recommendation. I'm so picky with dr's I'll probably check those out as well

i suggest dr crissy dumitrescu. shes at yarraville village medical clinic. she used to work in my rural town, but moved closer to family. she is an UNBELIEVABLE doctor. dedicated and caring and she takes the time to ensure she has answered every single question you have and she doesnt mind having a good old chat either. miss her heaps, but you should def. try her out. shes awesome
