I had bright green poo for days when I was little and I'd eaten a green meringue.
If its a brightish green its likely to be something thats been eaten/ingested.
If its a darker, black/green colour, maybe it could be iron?

Jack had orange poos for a day after eating orange paint at day care. Lucky they told me when I picked him up or I would have freaked!
