My second wasn't 24 hours old before a midwife commented 'he's quite chatty, isn't he?' Hasn't shut up since really. If she's not uncomfy or unsettled, she could just be a noisy one...I tried to co-sleep with both ours, but I really have trouble getting to sleep; if I'm not properly asleep, any little noise brings me back, so both babies have been in the room next door. Do you think some white noise in your room, like a fan or gentle music would help bub's snuffling to blend in a bit?
