    hun our twins are still the same! im lucky to get 90 mins still, sometimes its 2 hours others like yesterday it was 30 mins i did manage to resettle her but maybe one day she'll sleep longer

    When he dropped to one sleep he started going to bed much earlier - he's now in bed by 7pm most nights, whereas before he was around 8-8.30pm.
    I think he must only need that much sleep then by the sound of it - he wakes up happy enough, and he copes perfectly fine. I, on the other hand, could do with a bit longer, lol.

    DS was the same with earlier bed time... but.... by 20 months he was back to 8-8:30

    That all sounds pretty normal to me, especially if he is having an earlier bed time at night.
