Hey ladies,

I need your help

I am trying to get Oscar to take a dummy but he won't have a bar of it. He is a big comfort sucker and has already figured out how to get his thumb or fingers in his mouth to suck on them. I also find some of the time if he is unsettled, I pop him on the breast and he sucks but when he gets milk he gets even more upset. If i take him off and hold a dummy to his mouth he quietens down when he realises no milk is coming out. I figure he gets upset cause he wants to suck but not have milk.

Im a first time mummy, and would really appreciate some advice
