we've got similar things going on here at the moment (actually I probably could've written your post word for word, except for the being 13 weeks pregnant bit LOL).
We're just going with the flow, I thinks thats all we can do, oh and keep repeating the mantra 'this too will pass'

Yeah, I was going to say 2 year old molars. I think it's just a phase that will pass shortly, as pp's say just do what you can to get through it.
