I would dress him normally, if it goes over 38 I would then adminster Panadol or Neurofen, generally up to aroun 38 or so I don't medicate DD as it is better that her body learns to fight the fever. But if it goes over or doesn't drop after a period of time then I medicate.

Keep an eye on him, keep his fluids up, and keep him comfortable. He may want extra cuddles
