have no idea where this should go....seat after MaxiRider

Like the title says, I have no idea where this should go - not really nursery/or baby equipment but she's not an 'older' child yet....so please move if appropriate.

DD is only just 4 and is currently in a MaxiRider AHR. Fantastic seat - supposed to last until they're 7 right?
Her eyes are nearly at the top of it . I know they aren't supposed to be in it any longer once they're eyes reach the top.
What do we get next for her????

Hi - have you adjusted the back head rest part. I thought the same thing, however when I took the seat out of the car I noticed that you can lift the back bit up a fair way higher. HTH.

hmmm no, was fiddling with it yesterday and didn't notice that...will get it out again when DH gets home.

The hi-pod ones didn't seems that much higher on her sadly (even with the top extended). She's growing like a weed (read she's going to be a supermodel ) and I don't want to fork out for something that will only last a bit...though saying that thought I'd get longer out of this one too lol.

We've just bought an Infa-Secure booster seat. Goes from 14-26kg (or 4-7yrs) and has adjustable height.

Ooh those infa secure ones look good. So you can just go with the seatbelt once they are 4? You don't need the H harness?

I'll have to get a new seat for Aricyn before the new bub comes... he's nearly too tall for his maxi rider too.

Yeah, that's right Mel. Providing the seat belt goes across their body the way it's suppose to. With Nina, it will as she's tall. And as your kids are tall, I can't see that being a problem with you at all.
