I'm not sure what the high chair I have is called, but it came from kmart and it has colourful spots all over it. Well, my son is almost one, and not small for his age, but we find that the tray sits too high for him to reach up and get food off. it seems to sit right at the level of the top of his shoulder.
I don't have any suggestions which high chairs are best to get, but just be careful of the tray height...
