Tish - DD1 wouldnt sleep much during the day, even as a newborn! Dont worry too much - babies can catch up on sleep whenever, in the car, in the pram - wherever they are! Yes sometimes they can get overtired, but they will go to sleep eventually and catch up
Dont worry about what they "should" be doing youre doing a great job!
