hi love,
my bub was colicky from about 3 weeks for a bit. we used Infant's friend and a dummy after feeds. that seemed to really help him push the wind out both ends.

he has reflux at the moment so i just make sure he sits up after a feed for awhile, he has his dummy for awhile after a feed, but i'll take it off him once he seems settled; i do lots of cuddles with burps over my shoulder and we have put books under one end of the cot so he sleeps at a slight angle.

we also do bicycle legs for him when he has lower belly pain. warm showers and baths also worked for our boy. One thing i always tried to remember is it's not bub's fault, they aren't doing it deliberately. DH didn't cope as well and I kept reminding him that this tiny little being needs our help and doesn't know that its 1am and we want to go to bed. So i suppose compassion and empathy really helped me deal with the tiredness and frustation.

it's so tiring and sometimes so hard to keep your eyes open. I'd drink tea. Fold washing, wash up, tidy the house etc but i also had a hugabub to put bubba in. Ours outgrew this stage although he's still very refluxy at times but I hope you get a break soon sweety.

good luck
