How do you measure formula?

Just like liquid antibiotics made from powder it says (for the pharmacist) to add 60mls of water. Which then makes a 100ml bottle then you take the dose from that so 2.5mls not creating another calculation like baby had 2.5mls. - powder volume= whatever this is my maths is not good lol. I've never used formula so just using this as another example.

So yes it's whatever the made up volume equals not the added liquid volume.

I've never used formula, but I would make it up the way you said ausgirl, so add 200ml of water to the powder, which would make 250ml (or whatever it ended up being!)
