Jenna had a good dose too, and I just used the chemist brand tube - not the specialist baby cream, and applied it 3 times a day. That was the instructions. It was clearing up within about 3 days, and we continued to use cloth nappies the whole time.
I think all up it was used for about 14 days, and that did the trick.
