How much sleep should a 10 month old have?

    Hi there,

Just what the recommended amount of hours sleep a 10 month old should have in a 24 hour period?

Well every child is different, but my youngest at 10mths was sleeping 12 hrs a night and would sleep from 9am-11am and then 1pm-3pm

I've got a Triple P parenting brochure here from sleep school and they say from 9-12 months babies should have 2 day sleeps of around 2 1/2-3 hours total and 11 1/2 hours at night. HTH!

Wow, that is great. I guess my boy isn't to far off that amount of sleeping time. He is having anywhere between 2.5 to 3.5 hours in total through the day and 10-12 hours at night.

    Thanks girls for your replies.
