How to treat rash under chin?

You know the nasty smelly rash they get under their chin, how do you treat it? Emily has one at the moment, and I've been trying to keep it clean by using a soft damp washer, then drying it and putting baby powder on it. But it hasn't cleared up, I think it's actually getting worse. What other things can I try?

Have you got any bepanthen, sudocreme or pawpaw ointment? I would be using either one of those for it.

I'd also go the zinc cream or bepanthen. Plus, making sure it stays dry - maybe with a bib or one of those spit bandanas if bubs is a heavy drooler.
