Coz you're trying to do it all at once. If I ever do any baking with my kids, its with one only. I have had all 3 there....once! Never again. Its either when the girls are at school & just DS & I at home, or when they are all in bed. Its really not worth the trouble otherwise.

So, i guess I'm a bad mother too...
