I swear i'm going to lose it.... (VENT)

at my DD1. I'm so completly over her behaviour atm. The not going to bed until 10, 11, last night 11.30pm and tonight isn't looking any better. If anyone has followed our sleep issues you'll know whats been happening.
We are booked into go to tresillian next week (for both girls). I know that 2 yr olds have nutty behaviour anyway - but seriously, i feel like it's neve going to end....
I seriously feel like i'm going to lose it any min now with her!!

no need to reply - just need to get it out how damn frustrating she is atm.
(I don't want to be rude - i'm not looking for advice, i've been doing everything i can think of and as suggested in other numerous threads. Just venting)

Huge hun. I have just expereinced the same tonight and felt like I was going to lose the plot. I had to just shut the door and walk away.I actually just sat in the garage for 20minutes so I couldnt hear her as much. Deep breaths I kept telling myself. I havent even got to call you back yet as I dare not speak or make a sound in case it disturbs her.

So glad you got into Tresilian.

arrr crap! The banging on the door has just started again!!!! Next the screaming!

go to sleep Miss J and Miss A!!

I can partly understand how frustrating it can be. We've had a step backwards here with our DS1 (2.5years old) sleeping - though its not as bad as 11pm....but its just when I thought we'd worked out a good bedtime routine (cause we had a lot of issues last year too), we had to go away for a wedding and since then all that routine has gone out the window and it has sometimes over the last few weeks taken 2-3hours to get him to stay in bed and go to sleep!!! Then to challenge us more...stay asleep

I hope the tresillian can help find some solutions for you soon as I'd imagine you must be totally exhausted

I have never been closer to the edge than when DD is challenging on the sleep front.

Glad you have some help coming.

When Sam's missing daddy we have nights like that and I can only handle one before it completely does my head in. You are an amazingly strong woman for coping with this as long as you have.

Keeping my fingers crossed that she's asleep - and stays asleep!

DD1's sleep is pretty crap - especially if she has a day nap. She's horrible in the arvo's if she doesn't have it, but omg, if she has one - she's up till all hours of the night. Like tonight. And last night.

DD2 is having a rough patch too - she's still awake NOW when she's usually asleep by 7.30. This is the 2nd night in a row for her too.

What is going on with our children... seriously - sleep is FANTASTIC.. I love it.. I love it a lot.. why the **** don't they!?!?

Count down the days to tresillian. THe first night or 2 they will probably just let you sleep hun and they will deal with the girls and work out what is going on, so look forward to that
