Nah she doesn't really know what she's saying at this point. And she won't be getting confused. Think about children in bilingual families they turn out to be pretty bright sparks
I actually think she does know what she's saying because she actually counts objects in spanish, not just saying things for the sake of talking.
I'm certainly not saying I don't think she'll not be smart - on the contrary, I know I'm probably a bit biased but I'm proud of the fact my DD could count to 10 at 13 months old and at 25 months old can count to 5 in spanish, I'm just not sure if she'll start thinking its normal to talk spanish instead of english.
