Infected looking mozzie bites

hi my almost 10 month old went to his nanas last weekend and he came home with heaps of mozzie bites they are still there and they are now looking a bit yellowish like they are a bit infected... what should i use.. or should i take him to the doc?

You can use any antiseptic cream, look for one with chlorhexadine in it.
