We're inbetween too - so if she's still up at 10.30 I try to give her a snack about 11 - then bed asap. Bit mean but the poor chook fell asleep in her highchair still sucking on her sandwich yesterday...but she was not tired at 10 Good luck!

We do the same as Pandora. Since DS moved to one day sleep, I've brought lunch forward to 11:30. Our days are roughly like this...

    Wake up around 5:30-6:30
    Breakfast 7-7:30ish
    Morning tea 9:30
    Lunch 11:30
Sleep 12:30 for between 2-3 hours
    Afternoon tea around 3:30ish
    Dinner around 6pm
Then bath, milk and bed by 7:30pm

If we're out and about he sometimes falls asleep late morning in the pram or in the car so he'll have lunch later on instead of afternoon tea. Having the morning tea makes me feel more comfortable that he's had something to eat and isn't going to wake up absolutely hungry and grumpy.
