I have spoken to two friends this week about Natalie going to sleep between 9:30 and 10:30pm and they have been really surprised at how late this is. (She is 2 months old) I guess my reasoning is that I put her to bed about an hour and a half before I want to go to bed (in case she takes some settling down) for selfish reasons - I want to get as much sleep at the same time as I can. So far it works ok for us because she wakes after about 5 hours, then feeds and goes back to sleep for another 2-3 hours, which I understand is 'normal' for her age.
What time do you put your babies to sleep? Is it healthier to put them to bed earlier at a certain age?
