Yep, it is the worst feeling ever!

We recently lost DD at a birthday party which was held at a reserve that backed directly on to a river. She is 4 so we sat her down when we got there and explained that she was NOT to go near the water without mummy, daddy or nanny.

I swear those 10 mins we couldn't find her were terrifying...I just kept thinking 'she' can't swim properly, she can't swim properly'. Thankfully she was found safe and sound but the thoughts that ran through my head that night had me awake for hours.

I'm already saying there's no way I'm taking three of them to the shops!! LOL.

I agree with Mel, have some chocolate!
