    Moisturiser for bubs face?

DD is nearly 6 mths and seems to have inherited her Mummy's sensitive skin (doh). I had eczema and am hoping it's not passed to her too.

I'm using an Aveeno baby moisturiser on her body but I'm not sure what, if anything, I can put on her face. She is a roller and love sleeping on her tummy, and has also started doing wet, spitty raspberries - meaning she ends up sleeping in a pool of drool and gets a rash on her cheeks.

    Any advice?

    Hi,

I use Aveeno on DS2's face (9 months) after his bath. If he does have a dribble rash I will use either Amolin or pawpaw cream, but Amolin works better for us. HTH

Hi Esme - which Aveeno one do you use on your DS2's face? We have the Soothing Relief Moisture Cream.

Hi hun, I have a dd with sensitive skin as well. She inherited it from me.

I use cetaphil moisturising cream on my face and body and have used the same on DD. You can pick a big tub of it up from priceline for about $7 and that lasts me and DD ages as I only need a little bit each time.

Burts Bees do a baby lotion that is quite gentle. But DD doesn't have sensitive skin so perhaps check the ingredients.

Mrs P - we use the daily moisturising lotion. DS2 also has some mild eczema and this is the only lotion that keeps it under control.

I use QV lotion on DD's face and body - it is really gentle on sensitive skin, in fact it is what I also use as a moisturiser!

When she would get dribble rashes I would also try and put a bit of a barrier cream onto it (paw paw normally). And when it is at its worst I have steriod cream, but since using the QV every day it is very rare that I ever have to use the steriod cream.
