my 4yo weighs what most 2 yo weigh (14 kg) - she eats hardly anything - maybe she's got worms? but she's not itching her bottom.

for a moment, i thought this might have solved the "why won't she eat" endless conundrum.

Miss 3 gets thrush occasionally from not wiping well enough after she wees and sometimes gets thrush, but it really hurts her, she cries when she goes to the toilet as opposed to scratching. A bit of antifungal nappy cream clears it up overnight. Try telling a toddler "this cream will make you stop hurting" ... nope, cream's been on for 30 seconds, it still hurts, cream doesn't work
