DS1 is 3 and a half.
Lately he tells me, sometimes during the day, but mostly at night, that his legs hurt, behind his knees.

He goes to bed crying or wakes up sreaming in pain becuase his legs hurt.
We are going to the doctors today, but Im scared they will just say its "growing pains" - is there usch a thing?

My cousins daughter has the same thing, shes now 10 and still wakes up in tears with sore legs - I really dont think its just growing pains but thats all the doctors have ever told them.

IS there any other reason for it?
Are growing pains real, or a cop out, and how long do they last?
