I think that sounds pretty good.

I took different things depending on how long we were going to be out for. I like to travel light but also be prepared. This means my nappy bag has just the essentials and the car has a big wardrobe of backups so to speak. Most of the time I would probably only have one full change of baby clothes in the nappy bag and then some spare sets left in the car, along with a spare wrap, blanket and extra nappies and wipes.

My son was (and still is) a reflux chucker - so I alway keep a spare top and pair of jeans (for me) in the car just in case of emergencies.
