I found the change in that direction is always much worse, worse for me and also for my ds. He adjusts quite quickly going the other way but that way has always taken at least a week no matter what.
So my guess is whatever you do it will just take time. And whatever you do she will sleep again in time.
I think the best thing to do is follow normal jet-lag protocol . So try to get out into the sun as much as you can in the daytime, particularly in the morning. And just try to follow the normal routine as much as possible.
And at night try to keep light and excitement to a bare minimum.
Will she sleep on you? Maybe you could do that as an interim thing to get you both some sleep and adjusted to the new time zone?
