    both mine do it and ds is 3 and 8 months. I just joke that it's like giving birth again or that they won't fit back in. goodness knows what a psych would make.of that

    your dd sounds just fine and like she loves being close to her mum

    Goodness! Sounds like you have a perfectly "normal" toddler.....

    ....we often walk around (not just in the house) with a toddler attached to our legs.

    LOL DH tells DS2 that when he does it to me "you can't go back now little man...you won't fit" hmmm, maybe he should stop saying that - would hate for it to be repeated at childcare!

    Sounds SO normal to me. My DD (3yo) still does the head between the legs thing. It probably does look a bit unusual to an onlooker, but I guess there's many of us who've had the experience as this thread will attest!
    I found my kids were/are inconsolable leading up to dinner time because they have this realisation that if Mum's cooking dinner then OMG, I MUST BE SO HUNGRY!!!! I found corn on the cob was a great distraction - killed two birds with one stone.

    it sounds normal, but it does get easier
