I had both and the Baby Bjorn won hands down. It is easy to get bub in and out of and is great for quick trips into the school to get DD#1. My SIL preferred the sling, so I suppose it all comes down to personal choice and also what bub prefers. I'm sure you'll work out what's best for you.
