I don't think that there is a 'specific' order for them to come through. More a general pattern IYKWIM?

FWIW I wouldn't have a clue after the first 3 teeth for each of my kids cos the rest came through so quick I didn't have time to notice which came first. DD went from 2 to 15 teeth in a month and DS already has all his teeth plus 2yo molars....all kids are different though in everything, so why not teeth?

I read it's meant to be the bottom two teeth - but DS' first tooth was his back molar

    Sounds perfectly normal
I had 2 vampire babies Bottom 2 teeth, then top teeth beside the middle ones, then the next bottom 2, then, finally the middle top teeth!

Okay I just looked in my book & Clover is absolutely right. It's not unusual for teeth to come out of sequence & babies often get their top side teeth before the central ones.
