Chances are you will need to see a GP first so you get a referral, especially if it has been more than 6 months since your last one. I know our local Paed rooms wont even give an appt without sighting the referral.

I have found Brauers calm helpful in the past, not a miracle but it did make a difference. I would also look at what she is eating, even if not much, as that could have a major effect on her behaviour and sleep. Check out Fed Up with food additives for an idea. I know DD1 had an issue with 160b (annatto)

Thanks Astrid. Ill ring the rooms on Monday. Im sure the receptionist told me once on the books that I can make appointments whenever we need but I could be wrong. We have just had DS there a few weeks ago maybe that will make a difference? Ill also look into that book. Thanks xo
