First of all don't panic, or lie. Just be honest and explain it's natural and happens to all boys and not to worry about it. It's what we've told DS and he is happy with that.

My DS loves playing with his....and will randomly come out with "big doodle mummy" and is quite proud of it!
I have to do the "that's nice dear - but your doodle is private" so he doesn't come out with his big doodle comment every time it happens.
Brendan (3) has not even noticed it even does it, nor does he say anything about it... not that I would expect him to lol
I agree with the others, just tell him it's normal and thats something that happens to every little boy.
