Pimples??

I am just wondering if someone can answer this question.

I am still bf DD and noticed 2 days ago that she came up with a massive pimple under her nose (the poor possum). I know it was def a pimple as it had the head on it.

Anyway not sure if this is a coincidence but 2 days later I got AF. So do you think DD's pimple was caused by my AF's impending arrival?

I dont think so but dont quote me! I am FF DS and he has pimples all over his face, poor bubby. The MW seen him this morning and explained it as a 'rash' that has something to do with a hormone rush she said they will go away so I wouldnt be too worried, but as I said dont quote!
