At that age- my DD loved anything on wheels that she could push around.
She has a little cheapie dolls pram and pushed it for ages- still loves it now
Also a plastic bottle filled with pasta- to shake.
Anything to unpack and pack up again.
A box with plastic shapes- tip it all over the floor and pick it up again
