No hun I'm sorry I don't... I will try and find out for you! Unfortunately the mum in question has returned to work and I don't see her very often... but I will get in touch.
Perhaps it is a combination of all the things in her life hitting her at once - the changes at home, some teeth maybe, growth spurt, developmental milestone, who knows? It could be anything.
You are doing the best job you can hun.
