Olive she has been getting up on her knees and rocking for about a month now. I keep saying she'll be crawling in no time (but she's starting to make me feel like a liar ). So it could be a developmental stage.
Sloane- she usually goes to bed at about 10.30am and for her afternoon nap between 2pm and 3pm. They aren't set in stone, but that's sort of how our day works out as she wakes usually between 7 & 8am. She will be tired before I put her to bed, but then it's like just being in her cot is enough to recharge her and she'll happily roll around or bounce off the sides of her cot for up to an hour.
I try and leave her in there until she goes to sleep, or until she has been in there over an hour as I don't want her to think that if she seems happy in her cot it means she can come out even though it is supposed to be sleep time.
She must have been tired last night though, she slept from 6pm to 4am and then from 5am until nearly 8.30am (although she may have been awake at 8am and I kind of dozed in my bed until she started getting louder at 8.30! Lol)
