It is possible it's the pregnancy making her more clingy. My dd became impossibly clingy during pregnancy and moved back into our bed and would only nap if I napped too. It actually got worse and worse until the baby arrived and then bam! She became little miss independent! Then she didn't want me to do anything for her!
I found it best to go with it and give her all the extra attention, because it's your last chance before baby comes, and I have really special memories of that time now.
