As a first time Mum I have worried about many of the things you listed also. I think every Mum is an amazing person, and we don't give ourselves enough credit. Sometimes the pressure of having two babies gets to me and I feel like it is all to hard, but then I watch my beautiful children, who as soon as they see my face in the morning smile so bright and I think to myself... no I am doing a great job!!
