safe n sound maxi booster.. help

what can i do to stop DDs head from slouching forward when she falls asleep in her booster? she wakes up with a start and crying from having a sore neck sometimes. it looks really painful.. anyone find the same thing and what can i do to keep her head back when she is asleep?

I am no help, I am having the same problem. If I had known this was going to happen I would not have bought it! My DD cannot sleep in it and we have alot of long trips ahead of us where DH will be in the car alone with DD and I have no idea what to do.
My DD has respiratory issues with a narrow airway, she needs her head upright or back when she sleeps otherwise she obstructs and cannot breathe so I am so upset about this new seat as she cannot sleep in it 'at all'.
I did just buy a thing from a baby shop that goes onto each strap but she hasn't slept with it yet and it annoys her when she is awake.

Argh, how frustrating! I hope you find a solution soon... I thought it was just my DD, I didn't realise it was a issue with the seats more generally.

You can actually recline the Maxi Rider so that your DD's head will be leaning back. Take the seat out and you will see a bar underneath that can be flipped back (or forward, I can't remember without looking at one LOL). This will keep it reclined and help her not to slouch forward

yep exactly, they recomend for small kids it stays it that semi recline position too.

I was going to say that too about reclining it. It isn't much but it does help keep their heads back.

it is in the reclined position.. which is bareley reclined at all really....

hrmmm then i guess thats a big issue hey, unsure what to do. sorry hope you do find answers soon tho
