Soetimes they go through stages of not wanting to sleep. There's not much point fighting it if they really don't want to.

DD will have a whole fortnight+ where she doesn't want a day sleep. Massive development and such throws everything out of whack!

Hopefully it's just a phase. I know you said she cut 8 teeth at once but did that include her eye teeth? I have to say, DD's eye teeth were the most evil ones of all and several of my friends have said the same about their kids.

It's so tough when they won't sleep alone, especially when you need the rest too.

Dd became very clingy when I was pg. In fact it got worse and worse to the point she stopped going to anyone. Then as soon as ds was born her independent streak emerged again and she wants me to "go away mummy" often...even at bed time.

It's just a phase. She's still so small and soon you'll have another baby to care for...it's her last chance to ave you all to herself and she knows it.

If your dh doesn't like cosleeping can he sleep somewhere else? I tend to think a grown man is more suited to sleeping alone than a small child.

    Good luck!
