    Re: Self settling

    Thanks peanutter, I am well
Gosh, looking back on all these posts, I really was a mess. It was scary But I am doing much better now, things have settled into a nice routine and we are happy. I have always been someone who thrives on routine and order, so having a newborn was particularly hard for me i guess. And I am happy to report that DD started sleeping through around 14 weeks. She still wakes a couple of times some nights, but it's the dummy falling out (Argh, I know!) But I am feeling back to my old self, nice and rested ( I can even sneak in a nice glass of baileys on ice after I put her down now that she's dropped the night feeds )

Once again I really appreciate all the support given. I just decided that I would wing it on my own

    Re: Self settling

Wow sleeping through already! SO good to hear from you. She might - or will probably - slip back into waking a bit at night occasionally when she's older as she goes through development milestones, teething etc but it is ALWAYS temporary. Yay Tasha welcome back.

Good for you Tasha!! Sometimes too much info and too many opinions just makes it all a bit much when you're struggling.
So glad to hear you're feeling a lot more confident... Trust your instincts and you'll be fine!
