Hun, if you think there is a problem trust your instincts and get her checked by the CHN.
FWIW, my eldest son had very bowed legs that were very noticeable at 12 months. He was checked over and everything seemed fine with the paed so we kept an eye on it and by around 2.5-3 his legs were dead straight.
