    If you are after some reading or books, then i can highly recommend a few off BB's recommended list.
    'What every parent needs to know'
    Any of Pinky's books, there is one on sleeping. Can't remember the title right now...
    'No cry sleep solutions' helped me to feel confident in my approach to sleeping.
