    If the time and money that was invested into the baby sleep industry was actually put into helping mothers, we'd all be a lot better off. I'd take some of the profit off Tizzie Hall, get myself a cook and cleaner and skip about the bedroom when my baby woke up at night

    oh absolutely! We're told the problem is our child, when it's really everything else.

    Yes! I fell into the black hole of blaming myself for a 'bad sleeper' with dd, but with Ds i have enjoyed the night feeds and special time with him.

    Sleeping when children sleep is essential!!! It's my only advice to mothers. If we all napped more, there wouldn't be any need for sleep training or sleeping through the night.
