Subaru Outback/Liberty owners - any problems with fitting harness booster seats?

    hi all

we're about to buy a new Subaru Outback (same thing as a Liberty) and we currently have 1 DS in a convertible front/rear facing baby seat (he's facing forward now). our 2nd bubs is due in Feb next year. when the new bubs arrives, we'll buy a booster seat for our DS and use the convertible seat for the new one.

i recently read in a car magazine that a couple had a problem fitting a 5-point harness style booster seat (the safer ones) to their new Maza - something about the seat belt not fitting properly, not being long enough? they were in a predicament - they basically had to sell their new car.

i want to avoid this! just wondering if anyone out there has an Outback or Liberty (new or newish model) and has a booster seat with the harness style belt fitted.... any problems? i dont have a booster seat yet to test it.... but i dont want to buy the car until i know!

    thanks heaps
