Just wondering at 18 months how many teeth did your dd/ds have? Ava-Jayde has 4 on the bottom and 4 on the top and she's had them since like 10-11 months and nothing since then. No molars. She's teething constantly with her molars, you can feel them and well the poo's let me just say eeeeewwww. But she's like the only kid I know @ her age that hasn't got heaps of teeth. Her cousin who is 3 months older than her nearly has all her molars and heaps of other teeth, but she got them younger than what dd is now? I'm not 'concerned' that there's something wrong with my child, just wondering how much longer it's going to take till we at least get ONE molar. Cause the teething process with nothing to show for it, is driving me nuts!
Ummm from what I remember - DS didn't get his molars until he was well after 2 (the 2 year molars that is) but he got his eye teeth just before Miss M was born, so he would have been around 18 months?
Miss M is getting her first set of double teeth (I call them molars as well, but they're not the 2 year ones.. lol) and also pushing through her eye teeth slowly - and she's nearly 14 months. (wow - tomorrow she will be !! wooohoo!!)
Nothing wrong! And nothing you can do, so don't stress . It's pretty common to have a gap between incisors and then molars erupting, so no drama. My DS did the same thing.
Thanks girls, Just the teething for these molars is not only painful for her but for me as well!!!! It just feels like right when I think she's FINALLY going to cut, she doesn't its just like argggh
